Remanufactured Photocopiers,

We select low mileage RICOH and Infotec Photocopiers from Belfast finance company repossesions and office equipment liquidations.
Once inspected and chosen to be remanufactured, the selected copiers are sent to the office equipment
rework facility to undergo extensive rebuilding and stringent quality control procedures.

The selected photocopiers are completely disassembled and the chassis cleaned with compressed air to remove all traces of toner and paper dust. Internal components are airblasted in a sealed glove box to remove all traces of toner. The air outlet is filtered to remove the residue. The copiers drive components and fusing system are cleaned in a recirculating solvent bath to remove all traces of oil, grease and copier toner contamination.

A new cleaning blade and brush are
fitted to the photocopiers cleaning unit. This ensures that there will be no lines or streaks on the copiers output.

The copiers paper feed rollers are replaced as a complete set. This ensures good paper pickup from the tray, with smooth jam free paper feeding.

Old charge and transfer corona wires, which would leave white streaks on the copy, are replaced with new ones.

The copiers drive system is disassembled, inspected, cleaned with solvent and relubricated. Worn, chipped or broken gears are replaced.

A new drum, which carries the image, is fitted to ensure “as new” copy quality.

The photocopiers are then set up to factory specification using the same special tools as were used in the original assembly.
After the process is completed the newly remanufactured copiers are fully tested to ensure exceptional quality, functionality, dependability and appearance.
Our remanufactured copiers look like new inside and out, but more importantly offer consistent high quality trouble free performance at a fraction of the cost of new photocopiers.

The copiers upper and lower fusing rollers, associated bearings, bushings and drive gears are renewed. This ensures that pages exit the machine smoothly with no creasing or jamming.
With new bearings, the photocopiers run quieter, putting less load on the drive motor and gears, leading to increased lifespan of these components.

The copiers plastic film seals are replaced. This ensures that there will be no spillage of toner inside the equipment which would cause spotting and blotches on the copies.
